I had an emergency yesterday and I called a pluming company we used twice before and a few others that stated that they were too busy to take our emergency but Vanguard did not hesitate to make arrangements to fit us in. Riccardo was very professional and understanding. He didn’t have the correct part for the job but he hunted one down and went back to the shop to get it and in no time our toilet was fixed.
